Pick Up Your Letter Sunday
Our fiscal year ended
June 30th and though we praise the Lord that we ended the fiscal
year as a total ministry (church, daycare and school) with our
heads above water, it was a difficult enough year
that we have very little left in reserves which puts us in
a very tight position financially as a ministry. The Elder
Board has put together a letter informing the church of our
current financial condition and outlining steps we are taking as a
result. This letter will be available (one per family) this
Sunday at the church office window in the lobby. We
ask that someone from each of your families stops by and picks up a
copy of this letter so that you can pray more specifically for the
finances of our ministry.

Final
Week For Christmas
Every year, the Grace
Church Family presents all of our supported missionaries serving
around the globe and here in North America with a monetary Christmas
gift. In years past, we have always done this project towards
the later part of the year which makes it difficult to forward the
gift to our missionaries in time for Christmas. So this year we
are moving up this Missionary
Christmas Gift project
and are having what we are calling "Christmas in July"! This
week will be the final Sunday that you can give to this project.

Selflessness In Prayer
This Sunday we
will conclude our current message series that we are
calling "Heroes
of Prayer"
by looking at Solomon
from 1 Kings 3 and the need for selflessness in our prayer
lives. Beginning in August will be our Old Testament Survivor
message series beginning with the story of David and the giant named
Goliath!

Special Video Sunday
At the end of this
Sunday's message we will be showing a special video from the Central
African Republic made specifically for our church. This video
will be a powerful exclamation point to our theme that morning which
is the need for selflessness in our prayers.

Encourage Our Youth
Please reserve next
Sunday night, August
1st, for
our Youth Led
Communion and Baptismal Service here at the
church. Our teens will be leading us in this special night of
worship and we would like to encourage them with a large attendance
that evening.
